To teach and instill learning practises that ensure candidates are ready to achieve their Qualification and End Point Assessment. 

Our current offer for Apprenticeships includes Adult Care Worker Level 2, Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 and Care, Leadership and Management Level 5.

A member of our Business Development team will also conduct reviews with the employer on a regular basis to ensure that all needs are being met.

We work closely with a small number of employers, some who operate locally and some who have a national presence, to ensure the highest standard of quality throughout all stages of delivery, from initial engagement all the way through to completion. 

Our ethos is to become part of your company, to integrate ourselves in to the team and work together to ensure both the organisation and the Apprentice have a positive experience. We work alongside our partners to ensure we are being as effective as possible whilst causing the least amount of disruption to day to day operation as possible; either working with candidates in small groups or on a one to one basis. 

The apprentice will undertake a variety of different tasks including Identifying the standards that influence their own role, how to lead and support others to comply with regulations and organisational policies and procedures. Apprentices will also look at Communication, Safeguarding and their own professional working and development amongst many other areas that are required to complete the qualification.

Each apprentice will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will support and mentor them through the programme, offering advice and sharing knowledge and good practice. The assessor will also work closely with the employer to ensure that the apprentice is meeting the criteria needed to reach operational and organisational requirements or objectives.
